A strategy with a small principal should only be for swing trading first. Don’t hold on to it to the point of death. Take profit when there is profit. When it doubles to recover your principal or triples, you can move on to the next position. That way, even if you end up losing everything, you can still review and learn for the next time. Remember: don’t be impatient.
