Based on a four-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands have undergone a long period of contraction and sideways consolidation in the early phase. At present, both the upper and lower bands have clearly shifted outward, indicating an expansion. Price is trading tight to, and has even broken through, the upper Bollinger Band—this is a classic sign of a one-way strong bullish move, meaning volatility is increasing and the direction is clearly upward. Looking at the Bollinger Band middle line, its slope has turned upward noticeably, providing strong dynamic support for the price. The price remains above the middle line and far from the lower band, showing that buy-side strength fully dominates the market’s rhythm. In the recent candlestick pattern, large-bodied bullish candles are clearly more frequent than bearish ones, and they are accompanied by relatively long lower wicks, which suggests very strong bid support underneath and a lack of force in any short-term counterattack from the bears. Current price has broken through the resistance level of the previous consolidation range, establishing a new upward channel. As long as price does not effectively fall below the middle-band support of the Bollinger Bands, the short-term long bias will be difficult to reverse. In the coming session, it may continue to test higher levels.
