Crabbed, I really can’t make sense of this market.
I stayed up several nights waiting for the direction, but it just went the other way.
$ETH pulled it up in one swoop—after all the trouble waiting for that good spot, it got invalidated right away.
$BTC just keeps grinding back and forth in the range—when it should be falling it doesn’t,
so both longs and shorts get poked with needles, and both sides get washed through.
Shorts wait for a breakdown that never comes; longs can’t hold.
When the altcoin market is hot, it surges hard to lure longs.
Once the broader market turns and starts chopping, it immediately fizzles out and lies flat.
In the derivatives/futures market, staying alive is really hard.
