its written for exchanges listing DUSK. deposit scanning, encoding and hashing, address formats, transaction lifecycle, all the practical stuff.
and honestly the reason its interesting is that its the page that reveals whether a chain is annoying to support.$Star
heres the problem. Dusk has two transaction models. an exchange has to handle deposits arriving as Moonlight, which is account based and looks NORMAL, and also understand that Phoenix exists and works completely differently.$GPS
thats double the integration work compared to a plain account chain. every exchange that lists has to do it, and every one of them is deciding whether the volume justifies the engineering.
so documenting it thoroughly isnt generosity, its removing the excuse.
which makes me think the shielded model has a distribution cost nobody talks about. the privacy is the product AND its the friction.
still havent read the encoding reference, thats a tomorrow problem.
