Is the crazy dog D again coming? Have you taken profit on your short positions? Otherwise it’ll be biting your shorts again!!!
I’m not trying to spark market panic, but the trend on the chart is just going this way.
I guess many retail traders are thinking that since last night $SNDK surged to 1826, the market would basically allow for an all-out short. That’s basically unlikely. The current trend hasn’t reached the point where shorts can go one-way. I think when the US stock market opens in the evening, there will likely be a quick push upward. Based on the extent of the intraday pullback, the selling pressure isn’t that strong. You can tell from the pullback that this selling pressure wasn’t caused by institutions—otherwise it wouldn’t only pull back by such a small amount. So right now, institutions haven’t offloaded their positions yet. The overhead selling pressure is still relatively small. The intraday pullback has also shaken out some longs, so the evening rally will be even easier to push.
For those retail traders who shorted from higher levels, I still suggest you take profits on your shorts first and wait until the US market opens before making any moves. Yesterday even with the South Korea market closed there was volatility like this. Tonight it’s a double hit—both Korean stocks and US stocks. The shorts may have a hard time holding up, oh oh!!!
That’s my take on SNDI for the evening, along with my trading advice, for reference only and not investment advice. If you don’t know how to trade, come chat in the group and let’s discuss together!!
