Two crypto bills. Two totally different realities right now.

The GENIUS Act — the stablecoin law — already PASSED back in July. That's done. Treasury's implementing it. Bessent says they're protecting the system without crushing American companies. FinCEN and OFAC compliance rules rolling out, AML and sanctions framework locked in, January 2027 deadline.

That's real. That's law. That's progress you can actually trade around.

But the CLARITY Act? The big market structure bill everyone's hyped about? Still stuck in limbo. Odds sitting at 15-17%. Missed the August recess deadline completely. Next real shot is September 15, and seven Democrats still aren't on board.

One bill is already law and getting built out. The other is still begging for a vote.

Don't confuse the two. The stablecoin framework is live — that changes how institutional money moves and how compliant stables compete. The market structure clarity? Still a prayer.

Trade what's real. Watch what's coming. The GENIUS Act implementation could tighten up how exchanges handle stables and push more volume into compliant rails. That's a structural shift you can position for.

The CLARITY Act hype? Save it for if it actually lands. Until then, it's noise.
