——The following are my personal experiences

I hope I can give you, my fellow practitioners, some strength and some inspiration

Together with you, take heart

Why would someone who does value investing come to the crypto world?

Because I found that the crypto market is a very good cash-flow withdrawal machine

I’ll explain the specifics in a moment

First, let me introduce myself briefly.

I am Da Chui, the 79th generation disciple of Confucius

Born in the 1990s, and these days I’m also one at CDR

I originally studied the arts, majoring in piano

Haha…

When I was in school, I never imagined that one day I would专门 make investments

My hometown is in Henan—a poor rural place

How broke was I?

Hehe, I always say one thing

My life started with debt

Since childhood, the most they told me was

Our family doesn’t have money…

That’s also the case

Even my college was financed by loans

So before I even started making money, I’d already started accumulating debt 😂

When graduating, watching classmates—parents would directly gift them a car

Then he insisted on making me sit in his car and drive me to the bus station

I couldn’t have been more miserable inside

With no connections, no support, and no money… me

I’m destined to rely only on myself…

But later I found that these were actually good things

It was here to make me successful

On the day of graduation, I ran to Shenzhen alone with just one bag on my back

Because I knew that going back to my hometown had no future

After I got to Shenzhen

I’ve got to go to work the next day

Because even the mere 1,000 yuan I had on me was borrowed from classmates

I went into the education industry

Those who learn piano can only do education, or be a teacher 😅

A year later, I was transferred to Jiangsu to become a regional section director

Seems like I’m also something of a talent, huh

Three years later, I started my own business and opened a school

In two years, I opened 2 shops

Now that I think about it, that was the most enjoyable time

No pressure, no dreams

Every day, besides work, it was all kinds of eating, drinking, and having fun…

It was exciting, but honestly, I was also quite lost

It’s meaningless…

Live day by day

Until a phone call came in

The business school invited me to go out and study

After listening to a course

I set my very first life goal

I wanted to be a lecturer

Damn, lecturers make way too much money

In two days, I saw others swipe their cards for hundreds of millions

Start investing in yourself, and invest in learning

It was my first time ever learning while paying with my own card

So I spent 180,000 yuan—and it was borrowed

Why?

Back then I had no concept of money

Earn how much, spend how much

Either you spend it all, or you invest it away

And it hurts to pay the money too

Think again: it’s basically debt anyway—bet on it; turn a bicycle into a motorcycle

So I slapped my thigh and decided

Swipe!!!

Later

The fact proved that 180,000 really was worth far more than the money

Honestly, I really do have talent for this

Three months later, I earned my first 1 million in my life

At the time, my first feeling was: this money is really TM easy to make

I made a bold statement: the next goal is 100 million

Now that I think back, I was so naive back then

Luckily I didn’t earn that much

Otherwise, maybe I wouldn’t be able to get back up again now 😂

After making money, the first thing I did was buy a house in Suzhou

In the blink of an eye, I became: someone from Suzhou

For me, 2017 was a very important year

Because we were blessed with three children in one generation

Bought a house, married a wife, had children

Back then, I was really a bit overconfident…

Thinking that being a lecturer and doing training would always be this easy to profit

I sold all the schools I had built my way up from, purely on impulse

But then fate slapped me in the face pretty quickly

Training institutions are fiercely competitive

The 1 million I thought of was only the beginning

Didn’t expect it to be the peak 😂

Later, performance kept sliding straight down

And the school was gone too

Cash flow also got cut off

And it only added a lot more pressure

Family, kids, mortgage, and my ever-increasing spending…

Before long, I ended up with a pile of debts…

It’s not easy being the family’s pillar

How did it end up in debt?

Mortgage on the house, credit cards, online loans, all kinds of loans…

When you always feel like you can make money

It’s actually the most dangerous time

Because I didn’t have any understanding of wealth, and had no concept of debt

So I couldn’t walk anymore pretty soon

When it was at its worst, I remember the total loan repayment for one month was over 50,000

In the end, there was really no other way

I think I still need to go back to my old line of work and run schools

But I had no money, no people, no company—and still had a whole pile of debt

Can’t I just keep working for someone else, clocking in?

You can’t be an employee forever—you just can’t 🤭

So I had to drag my family along, move everything, and decided to go back to my hometown to open a school

Borrowed from relatives and friends

I opened a new one again

I didn’t expect that…

In 2019, I made more than a million in total again

Within a year, I opened 2 more

In one month, I built the biggest local organization

Now that I think about it, it seems pretty awesome

If you have money in your pocket—can you really keep it?

The answer is: not possible

I don’t want to mess with houses anymore—let’s get a car instead

I switched to a Mercedes

At the time, nobody had ever thought about it—it’s still debt?

Actually, I ran a training organization

Why do you need a nice car?

Now that I think about it, it was just to show off

It was all to satisfy my vanity

But at the end of 2019, it became an important turning point in my life

Why?

Because I found out—altogether, I earned more than 1 million

By the end of the year, I realized I had no money in my pocket again

Where did all the money go?

Where did all the money I earned go?

And I didn’t buy much, and I didn’t eat much either

So I started to reflect

I did one thing

Pull up the bank statements and lay out all three years of records

One transaction at a time, one thought at a time

I finally discovered a fact

From the first 1,000,000 in 2016 to the end of 2019

Just the interest on all the home loans, online loans, credit card fees, and so on

Added up, it’s more than 300k

The debt wasn’t cleared, then I changed cars—and the money was gone again

Finally, I realized a problem

I had the ability to make money, but I didn’t have the ability to manage it

I completely had zero financial IQ

So all the money just disappeared

So at the end of 2019, I made a decision

Drive back to Suzhou

I sold my house in Suzhou, cleared all my debts, and only a bit was left in my pocket

I thought, this is great—no debt, and I’ll be light as a feather

From now on, I’ll work hard to make money and save it well

And then, I never expected…

Then the pandemic came…

It caught me off guard

We can’t operate offline

I panicked

Starting to look for various ways out

So I tossed a few more investments in—nothing even made a splash

I’ve run organizations, done livestreaming, set up online stores, and done online education…

I went and did something big—I set up a full-time private school

In the end, one business after another turned out a loss

When people are anxious, any decision they make is wrong

Once again, I can’t walk anymore

God is just like that

When you can’t walk anymore, it will give you another chance

Later, led by a friend

Back on the lecturer’s stage

Within a year, I pulled off a turnaround and became somewhat known in the circle

Most importantly, I learned the most, most important lesson in life…

Asset allocation

I truly feel it’s a life skill you must learn

Because I’ve been in education for so many years—talking about family education, boosting grades, psychological counseling, psychological healing, and so on

Everything was really for one purpose

Making money—so my kids will have it later; making money so they can live a little better later

But if you haven’t learned asset allocation and financial IQ…

The better someone is at making money, the more likely they are to lose even more

So I believe financial IQ and asset allocation are must-learn lessons

After learning asset allocation, I became a strategic investor

It not only can solve education problems, but more importantly, it can solve asset problems

The question is about making money

Actually, making money isn’t that hard

If you don’t have money, create it

With money, the money goes to the right place

Make money work

Let money do its work; let people do theirs

Managing money is a kind of ability

And it’s also the most important kind of ability

So back then every day I was planning assets, managing assets, optimizing assets

How to buy property? How to optimize it? How to buy a house without spending money? How to allocate assets?

How do you buy stocks? What is a good company? Funds, bonds, insurance…

How do you make your money grow safely, effectively, and multiply for you?

How to do a good job in passing wealth on?

When we invest, let’s not even talk about making money—if we can at least avoid losing, that already beats a lot of people

My philosophy is:

Gradually getting richer—it wasn’t slow at all, really

So thanks to asset allocation—now I hold quality assets and can solve my worries about the future

You can choose your own life

When you’re no longer living in daily fear and worry about money, and not constantly running around exhausted…

Actually, it’s the happiest and most fulfilling

It’s not like I have so much money

But it wasn’t that I had money—it was that I felt steady in my heart: at least the money was in the right place

Legal and compliant realization of compound value appreciation

And it would be more year by year

So why did you end up in the coin world?

Because my good brother got into it early, and he’s basically a veteran

I got into it relatively early, I understand the tech and all that, so I’d say I’m an old hand

But there was no object that we focused on allocating

Before, I always felt it wasn’t safe and that the risk was relatively high

But later I realized that in this era

Owning cryptocurrency might also be a new direction

In today’s world, competition in financial markets is fierce

An era of global economic recovery

New things will emerge in their own time—full of opportunities and challenges

I can’t say that the future of cryptocurrency will definitely be great and valuable

But at least one thing is clear: in the coin world, it’s a very good place to obtain cash flow, do big things with small moves, and amplify your assets

The premise is that you can’t be greedy—you have to steady your mindset

Control your position size

Get risk control right

There are still plenty of opportunities

After doing value investing for so many years

My mindset was trained a lot. I think the coin world is mainly about getting cash flow

Better to go light and start small for big returns, control the risk, and cash out promptly

But once you have cash flow, how do you keep it? How do you reach a safer, more stable, and correct place?

This is also very important

But I’m pretty good at this—I have too many places I can go

Unknowingly, I ended up writing so much

Then I realized

It’s not written for other people

It’s written for myself

Actually, it was also a review of my first half of life

Where am I supposed to be heading in life—what do I really want?

You must think it through

In short

Nice to meet you all

To be able to come to this space

This space is pretty fun

I think there are a lot and a lot of opportunities in the coin world

In the future, focus on doing well yourself, and go forward with everyone—grow together, and witness a great era together
