SPECIFICALLY: At Conviction 2026, Ms. Nguyễn Minh Hương said the platform is targeting serving 4 main customer groups as Vietnam’s tokenized asset market enters the real operational phase:
👉 Group 1: Individuals and businesses that own real assets of value such as real estate, revenue-generating contracts, or intellectual property assets—who want to tokenize and list domestically.
👉 Group 2: Vietnamese enterprises that have issued tokens and listed on international exchanges, and now want to move to trading on the domestic exchange.
👉 Individual investors who want access to RWA-linked tokens (real-world assets) with clearer listing standards.
👉 Collaborators, KOLs/KOCs in the digital asset community who want to join the market from the early stage.
Regarding infrastructure, SCEX said the system—from asset verification, custody, order matching to clearing and settlement—has been operating and is undergoing testing; it only awaits licensing to officially provide services.
