[Observation & Learn · Beginner’s Diary] August 18, 2026

Today I turned “information anxiety” into a three-tier table: principles, methods, and market-noise.

**How the three tiers are divided**
1) Principles layer (half-life measured in years): tokens, signatures, consensus — learn it until it sinks into your head
2) Methods layer (quarterly): processes, tools, checklists — verify and then lock it into a habit
3) Market layer (daily): price up/down, hot topics, back-and-forth arguments — take a quick glance as you pass by; don’t treat it as knowledge to learn

**Why split it this way**
Anxiety that “I’ll learn it and it will be outdated” is mostly caused by treating the third layer as if it were the first layer. I used to save a pile of breaking-news alerts, and later I couldn’t remember a single one.

**Today’s homework**
Sort the 10 most recently saved items into the three tiers; delete half of what goes into the third tier.
$BTC today’s price movement belongs to the third tier; why people believe it belongs to the first tier.

Learning notes only, not investment advice.
