#JCT Someone asked me, why have I been adding this JCT token to my posts these past few days? What if JCT keeps falling?
If it falls, then it falls. Before I bought it, I had already thought it through: this money is one I’m prepared to lose if it goes to zero. If it really does go to zero, it won’t affect my life at all.
So I won’t panic just because it’s dropping, and I won’t think about adding leverage, borrowing money to average down, or—just to prove I’m right—betting more money. The most important thing in investing isn’t whether you can buy a coin that won’t go down; it’s whether you have the ability to withstand it falling to a level you can’t even understand.
Whether JCT will eventually rise or not—I don’t know. Time will provide the answer.
If it goes up, I’ll hold it;
if it continues to fall, I’ll accept it;
and if it truly goes to zero, I’ll own that too.
Because the bet I made was never “it will definitely go up,” but rather using money I can afford to lose to trade for a possible outcome.
That’s the reason I dare to hold spot.
