Norwalk, Connecticut - Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:BMNR) announced that its total holdings of cryptocurrencies and cash amounted to $11.4 billion as of 08/16/2026, according to a press release issued by the company.

The company’s holdings include 5,815,164 units of ETH valued at $1,893.00 per token based on Coinbase prices (NASDAQ:COIN), representing 4.8% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million units. Additional assets include 210 bitcoins, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, a $73 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ:ORBS), as well as $78 million in cash and marketable securities.

Bitmine repurchased 1.7 million shares of its common stock over the past week, bringing the total number of shares repurchased to more than 20.8 million shares since July 2026 under its $4 billion share repurchase program. The company also acquired 9,926 ETH units during the past week.

The company’s total deposited ETH units (Staked) amount to 5,067,309 units, with a total value of $9.6 billion at a price of $1,893.00 per ETH unit. Bitmine operates the MAVAN platform (a Made in America Validator Network), an integrated institutional deposit platform that the company plans to expand to serve institutional investors and custody providers.

Thomas "Tom" Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, stated: "Annual deposit revenue is now estimated at $250 million. These 5.1 million ETH units represent 87% of the total 5.82 million ETH units held by Bitmine." The company’s deposit operations generated a 7-day yield of 2.61% on an annualized basis.

Bitmine joined the Russell 1000 index of large-cap companies on 26/06/2026. The company’s shares of the Series A Preferred Stock trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol BMNP.
