BTC spot ETF saw net outflows of $390 million last week, the highest in 6 weeks; but today BTC still followed U.S. stocks higher, pushing above $64,000.

A few contrarian signals:
· Paul Tudor Jones’ fund, after a year, has bought back the BlackRock BTC ETF
· Altcoin ETFs saw net inflows against the trend; money hasn’t fully pulled out
· There are also institutions applying for 3x BTC/ETH leveraged ETFs, while 2x funds are already down to 96%

My take: ETF outflows are often lagging institutional rebalancing. Don’t treat one week’s data as a trend. Price is up today (+1.35%) in tandem with U.S. stocks, and risk-on sentiment is still there—but there’s a clear divergence between liquidity and price. Don’t rush to pick a side.

Risks: ETF flows ≠ price direction; leveraged ETFs have carry/decay effects, and 3x is even more brutal; weekly data itself lags; chasing either direction can leave you feeling awful.

With $390 million out in one week, do you read it as institutions retreating—or as a washout?
