From the perspective of cash flow, this is a very clear “finger-bending” move by Wall Street financial circles (SIFMA). They’re willing to file lawsuits if the SEC unilaterally imposes rules requiring crypto fundraising before the Clarity Act is submitted to Congress in September.

Big institutions are in no rush to deploy heavy capital when the legal boundary is still unclear. This postponement gives them more time to arrange their positions, causing both $BTC and $ETH to engage in a standoff with accumulated pressure.

My personal take: While the big players are still calculating their schemes against regulators, futures traders absolutely must not get carried away by leverage. This phase prioritizes risk management and patient observation.
