FTX’s August 19 bankruptcy hearing is down to one remaining dispute as claimant Daizhuo Chen seeks a second chance after missing a verification deadline. According to BeInCrypto, Chief Judge Karen B. Owens will hear Chen’s motion, while the FTX Recovery Trust again opposed the request on July 16. The Trust says verification, tax forms and onboarding were required by March 1, 2025 and June 1, 2025, both at 4 p.m. ET.
