The fixed-rate track—TermMax is worth paying attention to
I’ve been researching @TermMax recently and found that this project is a bit different from DeFi projects that only tell a narrative. What makes TermMax more worth关注 is that it has been steadily building a product system around fixed-rate lending and borrowing, capital efficiency, and on-chain yield use cases.
In the DeFi market, interest-rate changes often directly affect users’ decisions. TermMax, however, uses fixed terms and fixed interest rates, allowing both borrowers and lenders to clarify funding costs and expected returns in advance—something that is very important for capital management.
I’m particularly optimistic about this direction of making “complex financial instruments” clearer. As on-chain financial infrastructure continues to improve, demand in the fixed-rate market may also grow gradually.
Of course, how far the project can ultimately go still depends on product execution, ecosystem growth, and real user adoption. Next, I’ll continue to watch the progress of @TermMax ’s product and the development of the $TMX ecosystem.
