Foresight News: According to a report by the British newspaper (The Daily Telegraph), Binance is planning to apply to the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for a cryptocurrency license under the new rules the UK will implement next year, seeking to return to the UK market after several years. Under the new regulations, crypto exchanges must establish an entity in the UK, demonstrate that they have sufficient compliance resources, and pass a “fit and proper” test. The license application is expected to open next month, with the new rules set to officially take effect in October 2027. Binance is expected to set up a board in the UK for this purpose.
