One thing I find interesting about DeFi is how quickly the space keeps experimenting with better ways to manage capital. @TermMax caught my attention because it takes a different approach to lending and borrowing by focusing on fixed rates and defined maturities.
Variable rates can make planning difficult, especially when market conditions change quickly. A fixed-rate model can make the cost or expected return easier to understand before entering a position.
What I like most is the idea of bringing more predictability into an ecosystem that is often very dynamic. Of course, DeFi still comes with smart-contract, market, liquidity and other risks, so research matters before using any protocol.
