$NEAR fell by 8.40%, trading around 1.639 and clinging to support of the lower channel, which has been holding since June, while the descending trendline over the same period caps every rebound around 1.87.
This is a complex area, but the structure is still intact.
Holding above 1.595 and recovering to 1.67 will open the way to 1.75 and 1.87.
A break below 1.595 will lead to new lows under 1.56.
