Binance will support the distribution of cash dividends of Applied Materials (AMAT) and Microsoft (MSFT) via bStocks for AMATB and MSFTB holders. Net cash dividend amounts will be reinvested after deducting withholding taxes at source, fees, costs, and other deductions (if applicable) into additional units or fractions of the same underlying security. Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of bStocks AMATB and MSFTB, respectively.

Holders of AMATB and MSFTB on-chain will receive bStock dividends by adjusting the multiplier.

Eligible

  • Users who have AMATB and MSFTB balances at the snapshot time of the record date at 2026-08-20 07:00 (Vietnam time) will be eligible to receive dividend distribution.

General

  • Trading AMATB/USDT and MSFTB/USDT will not be affected.

  • At 2026-08-20 06:30 (Vietnam time), the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between AMAT or MSFT shares and bStocks AMATB or MSFTB will be temporarily suspended.

  • At 2026-08-20 06:30 (Vietnam time), deposits and withdrawals of AMATB and MSFTB tokens will be temporarily suspended. Users need to ensure they allow sufficient time for their AMATB and MSFTB token deposits to be fully processed before this time. 

  • Deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service for AMATB and MSFTB will be reopened once the distribution process is completed. No further announcements will be posted. Users may also subscribe to notifications for restoration when available.

  • Dividends earned from assets held in other accounts will be credited to the Spot account, including but not limited to savings accounts, Margin accounts, etc.

  • Binance will handle all technical requests for users participating in this event.

  • Reinvestment and dividend distribution will be carried out after deducting withholding taxes at source.

  • Users may check notifications from the companies for more information.

  • For more information on bStock dividend distribution, please refer to FAQ.

Convert

  • Binance Convert will temporarily suspend the conversion of AMATB and MSFTB and all related trading pairs at 2026-08-20 06:30 (Vietnam time).
