🧩 What actually happens after you click Buy?

Earlier, I used to think of the purchase very simply:

USDT → Buy → bStock.

But if you want to truly understand the financial instrument, it helps to break this process down into steps.

When trading bStocks on Binance, the logic starts with a standard Spot trade.

1ļøāƒ£ You have USDT.

2ļøāƒ£ You choose the required bStock/USDT pair.

3ļøāƒ£ You place an order.

4ļøāƒ£ The order finds the corresponding liquidity in the market.

5ļøāƒ£ After the trade is executed, the bStock appears in your balance.

You could stop there.

But there’s an important detail here:

Buying a token on Spot is not the same as directly buying a stock through a traditional broker.

You are buying bStock specifically—a certificate that represents an economic exposure to the corresponding underlying stock.

That’s why it’s useful to separate two levels:

šŸ¦ Underlying asset
— the underlying stock that the structure is based on.

ā›“ļø bStock
— a tokenized certificate that you trade on Binance.

This distinction becomes especially important when you start looking into conversion, the Multiplier, the holder’s rights, and the product’s mechanics.
