SpaceX had two major developments last night, and on-chain tokenized stocks moved first.

Event 1: Harvard’s fund has officially disclosed that it holds an approximately $2.2 billion position in SpaceX. According to Harvard Crimson / Fortune / Bloomberg, this holding has already surpassed the amount it has in the hands of Amazon and Nvidia, making it one of the heaviest SpaceX bets among the top-institution list.

Event 2: SpaceX just completed back-to-back double launches of Falcon 9, with an interval of only 38 minutes—record-setting. Add to that analysts pointing to 40% upside potential, and Morgan Stanley’s reference price of $300 per share, and sentiment is basically maxed out.

On-chain reaction: Binance spot SPCXBUSDT is currently trading at $143.2, up 2.4% over 24h; on-chain SPCXon is also synchronously up 2.4%. Looking at the 15-minute chart: the price was sideways for most of the day beforehand, then in the final stretch it was lifted directly from the 139 area to above 143, with trading volume expanding along with it.

My take: Institutional endorsement plus a tightly packed launch schedule makes it easiest for on-chain capital to price in early. But bStocks trades 7×24—when the U.S. market opens is the real test. Don’t treat the on-chain “jump-the-gun” move as trend confirmation.

Risk boundaries: Tokenized stocks aren’t the same as directly holding the shares; there’s a price difference between 7×24 trading and U.S. trading hours. There’s also upside-chasing risk and the risk of reversals on news—so watch from the sidelines with a light position.

Engagement: Do you think this marks the RWA main theme starting up, or is it just a short-term sentiment pulse?
