In my understanding, dusk has two trading models:
• Moonlight: a public account model, similar to Ethereum, where addresses and amounts are public;
• Phoenix: confidential transactions driven by ZK‑PLONK, where transferred amounts and account balances are hidden on-chain. Nodes only verify the zero-knowledge proofs and cannot see the transaction details.
This shows that privacy doesn’t mean completely anonymous; it’s more controllable! I don’t know if everyone agrees on this point—let’s talk and communicate more to improve the features!
