August 17, $MU Market Analysis (With Long/Short Entry Levels): Waiting for the key long/short points—no involvement in the middle of the range...
Regarding Micron’s levels: I won’t overpromise how much we can profit. Grabbing 20 or 30 points and having a good meal is pretty steady. I’m not going to brag more about this. So Micron has always been one of our “little sweethearts”—it’s much easier to trade than SanDisk.
On the current Micron chart, chasing longs at the current price is definitely not something we’re interested in. We’d only get interested if there’s a pullback to the 930–920 area, and then we would look to go long. The 920 level is also the support we mentioned last week. On the 4-hour chart, it has been acting as the channel area plus the previous support/resistance swap zone—so if price comes back to 920, we prioritize going long. The logic here is very straightforward.
For the daily timeframe, the main resistance zone is first around 1045–1055. If there’s an opportunity to reach this area, we may try going short. In Micron’s trading, the general rule is to wait for the key levels. Right now, the structure doesn’t show any particularly clear right-side signals—everything feels too forced. So over the next couple of days, we may mainly wait and trade the two upper and lower price zones for long/short entries.
