Odaily Planet Daily reports that Alphabet has hired banks to prepare its first AUD bond issuance, with plans to cover four tenors: 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years, with the longest tenor reaching 20 years.

Earlier this month, Alphabet priced a $25 billion bond offering in ten tranches in the U.S. dollar market, and will issue Swiss franc, pound sterling, euro, Canadian dollar, and Japanese yen bonds in 2026. The company has also raised nearly $85 billion through equity issuance recently. (Bloomberg)
