So I’ve been monitoring low market-cap altcoins on Binance. The moment there’s unusual movement, you can act. During this period, KOMA and AKE were coins I monitored and spotted from tracking.
For a low market-cap altcoin to really take off, it needs a market maker (a “whale”), and the float must be concentrated. Usually, by combining on-chain data, the contract’s OI, and the K-line走势 (price action), you can roughly judge whether there’s a market maker and what the market maker’s likely intentions are.
Therefore, the biggest risk for low market-cap altcoins is being delisted by Binance. Among these small-cap projects, there are ones that may be abandoned, and Binance will delist them periodically—this is also why I chose to monitor instead of buying directly.
