According to a report by Caixin on August 16, Nvidia has become the sixth-largest shareholder of SpaceX; Google’s parent company, Alphabet, is the second-largest shareholder, with a stake valued at approximately $78 billion. The report says the relevant shares came from an undisclosed transaction earlier this year in January between Nvidia and xAI, a company under Musk. This indicates that the leading AI chip maker is embedding itself more deeply into Musk’s ecosystem through equity ties, or further strengthening market attention on AI infrastructure and the compute power industry chain. $NVDA is for information only and does not constitute investment advice.
