#SpaceX股价涨至140美元 SpaceX jumps to $140: truly crazy—the real story might not be the stock price, but how humanity is pricing the future

From an IPO offer price of $135, to a post-listing peak above $220, followed by a major pullback—now it’s back near $140.

Many people see it as:

SpaceX is up again.”

But I want to ask a different question:

What exactly is the capital market pricing in for SpaceX?

Because if you only look at today’s profits and cash flow, SpaceX clearly can’t fully explain such a high valuation.

What the market is really betting on may be the future.

Starlink’s global communications network, Starship’s reusable rockets, AI infrastructure, chips, and even the longer-term space economy…

These things may still be in the “story” phase today, but the capital market has already started assigning prices to the future.

This is actually very similar to Crypto.

In the early days, many people thought Bitcoin was just a “digital currency.”

Later, people began debating whether it’s a new asset class.

Then institutions stepped in, ETFs appeared, and the market began re-pricing it.

What really changes prices is often not what’s happening today, but what the market starts to believe could happen tomorrow.

So when SpaceX climbs back to $140, what’s really worth paying attention to isn’t the “$140 number” itself.

It’s this:

As more and more capital starts placing bets on technology for the next decade, are we entering an era of “re-pricing the future”?

AI—yes.

SpaceX—yes.

Crypto—also yes.

Of course, a future story doesn’t necessarily mean it will succeed.

A high valuation implies higher expectations, and it also means greater volatility.

But the most interesting part of the investment market is right here:

Some people only look at today’s price,

while others start pricing the world ten years from now.

Do you think SpaceX’s current $140 is the starting point for another leg higher, or just a brief rebound after the valuation got too high?
