Soft·Resilience🌿
Laozi said, “In all the world, nothing is softer than what can run everywhere; nothing is stronger than what can withstand.” Teeth are hard yet easy to fall out; the tongue is soft yet accompanies a lifetime. True strength is not hard confrontation, but softness and resilience like water.
Able to bend and stretch, able to advance and retreat—only then can one move with ease through complex worldly affairs.
Today’s self-cultivation: When you meet with conflict, try responding first with a gentle attitude, rather than immediately refuting or defending.
May you be soft without being weak, and resilient without being rigid.
