In my opinion, gold and silver: one seeks stability, the other seeks explosiveness.
Gold is the global "lightning rod." Central banks around the world have been buying it; the more uncertain the economy, the more attractive it becomes. Long-term outlook is definitely positive, but in the short term, the price has increased too much by 2025, factoring in good news like "interest rate cuts" ahead of time. If the Federal Reserve's rate cuts are slow, gold prices may need to adjust; caution is advised when chasing high prices now.
Silver is more exciting than gold. Half of its demand is from industrial use, with solar energy, electric vehicles, and AI servers all competing for silver. Currently, supply can't keep up, so many people believe it is severely undervalued, and its explosive potential might be stronger than gold. On the flip side, if the global economy cools down, its decline could also be sharper than gold. In a nutshell: if you want to gamble for high returns, look at silver; if you want stability, look at gold.
