To be honest, truly high odds are never achieved by gambling. It's about waiting for a signal to be verified before you make your move. This rebound of $LINK looks a bit shaky to me—those more than forty points of gains are stacked up, yet the volume has been shrinking all the way. This kind of structure in the market is called divergence. Put simply, even the people pulling the strings don’t have enough confidence in it.

What are we most afraid of when doing analysis? That you mistake a rebound for a reversal. Right here, the trapped-sell supply above is pressing down hard. Every bullish candle is an opportunity for the people who cut and sold earlier to get out at break-even. Who would volunteer to be the one “to release them”?

I went through the recent order book. The buy-side limit orders look thick, but there aren’t many real large funds that are actually absorbing the trades. This kind of bloated support will break the moment it meets pressure. My logic is simple: the stronger the rebound, the greater the potential energy for the subsequent pullback. It’s not that the LINK project isn’t good—it’s just that it has risen too fast in the short term. All technical indicators are overbought; the RSI is basically at the sky. Chasing longs at times like this is basically feeding the market fuel.

We’re going short not because we’re bearish on the fundamentals, but because we think the risk-reward ratio at this position is unfavorable. The downside room is much bigger than the upside. The market feels like the main players are using the rebound to distribute—every time they lift it, there’s volume accompanying the selling pressure. We’ve seen this tactic a lot.

Next, we just need to see whether the key support can hold. If it can’t, then it’s waterfall mode. I’m not rushing to act now. I’ll wait for that confirmation signal to come out, verify it, and then enter. I’d rather make less profit than make a mistake. The market always has opportunities—but if the principal is gone, then it’s really gone.
