$XRP current price 1.00u. It’s been stuck grinding at the integer level all day. The 24-hour high-low range is only from 0.9995 to 1.0068—there’s basically no room. The 1-hour and 4-hour trends are both flat, so bulls and bears are just staring each other down.

I wrote about it in the previous round: over 7 days it fell 3.6%, and the bearish logic from that move is basically played out. The issue now is that it doesn’t seem to be able to fall further, but nobody is willing to push it up either. Good news keeps coming one after another: ETFs, meetings at the White House, and sentiment spikes to 7.48—yet the price simply won’t move. If good news doesn’t lift price, it means there’s no real fresh capital—no one is stepping in with actual money. That’s the most awkward situation for the bulls.

Funds are still slowly pulling out. Spot market net outflow is 239 million XRP over the last 3 hours. Over the past 12 candles, not a single one has a net inflow—money hasn’t stopped leaving. The only change is that within the last 15 minutes, there’s been a reversal into net inflow on large orders; it looks like some people are starting to take over.

On the futures side, things are cleaner: open interest shrank by 1.5% in a day, the funding rate turned negative, and leverage borrowing was slashed by 80% over 12 hours. The overdue leverage has already been unloaded, so chasing shorts at this level doesn’t have much payoff.

The whales are still on the bulls’ side—about 80% of their accounts are long and 66% of positions are long—but in the past few hours they’ve also been quietly reducing.

Technically, it’s deeply oversold (RSI 36, MFI 18), which is preventing it from sinking hard. But the price remains below all long-term moving averages, and rebounds have no volume.

So at this level, I’m watching. The bearish leg seems to be wrapping up, but bulls haven’t yet received capital confirmation. Chasing either side from here is basically a bet. If you really want to act, watch two prices: if it can reclaim 1.01–1.02 with volume, the oversold rebound may open up; if it breaks below 0.999, it means the money hasn’t fully left—then it’s not too late to talk again.
