According to CryptoQuant, Bitcoin has found itself in a historic “capitulation zone.” The share of BTC holders who are in profit has fallen to 51.4%—the lowest level in more than three years. That means that almost half of all Bitcoins are currently in an unrealized loss.
A similar level was recorded in early 2023, when the price of Bitcoin was in the $16–20 thousand range. Historically, when the share of profitable BTC dropped below 55%, long-term investors began actively accumulating cryptocurrency again.
