Eight Venezuelan companies appear in the most recent ranking of Best Workplaces™ in Latin America 2026, where 200 organizations were recognized after surveying more than 2.4 million employees across more than 30 countries in the region.

In the list corresponding to the companies with more than 500 employees, Venezuela was represented by DHL in position 2; PedidosYa in position 7; Zoom International Service in place 41, and SC Johnson in step number 86.

In the ranking of organizations with fewer than 500 employees, the following Venezuelan companies appeared: Grupo Landa in 6th place; Laboratorios Cofasa in 31st place; Chévere Salud in 71st place, and Simple in 75th place.

Great Place To Work®, the global authority on organizational culture with two decades of experience in Venezuela and more than 30 years worldwide, presented the list of The Best Workplaces™ in Latin America 2026.

This year’s ranking recognizes 200 organizations after collecting the perceptions of more than 2.4 million employees across more than 30 countries in the region—including Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean—within a sample that represents the work experience of 4.5 million employees.

To apply to this regional list, organizations had to have previously appeared in their Best Workplaces™ national lists and have obtained Great Place To Work® Certification™.

This distinction is based on the confidential assessment made by the employees themselves of their work experience in terms of trust, pride, and camaraderie, through the Trust Index™ survey, the firm’s standardized diagnostic tool.

“From Great Place To Work® Venezuela, we celebrate the achievement of these organizations, which not only shone in our national ranking but also stood out across Latin America,” said Irene Mossi, General Manager of GPTW Venezuela.

«Their leadership is a source of pride and inspiration for all the companies in the country—both for those that have spent years along this path and for those that are about to take the first step toward transforming their work culture,» added Mossi.

The 2026 list is organized into two categories: Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (50 to 499 employees) and Large Companies (more than 500 employees).
