🧊 BTC at $63K with volume at half its normal level — is this the calm before something big?

Bitcoin is essentially sleepwalking at $63,009, up just 0.23% today. The Fear & Greed Index sits at 45 (neutral), and volume is only 0.42x the average. This is textbook consolidation.

📊 The Picture:
- 4H RSI: 37.4 — leaning bearish but not oversold
- Daily RSI: 42.6 — firmly neutral zone
- Price below all major SMAs (7/25/99 on daily)
- MACD histogram negative but narrowing slightly
- BTC dominance: 56.5% — still commanding the market

🧠 Why This Matters:
Low-volume consolidations at key levels always resolve with a big move. The question is direction. BTC is sitting between $60K support and $66K resistance. Whichever level breaks first will define the next major leg.

Whale wallets show no unusual activity. Funding rates are stable — neither side is overly aggressive. This is a coiled spring.

📋 What I'm Watching:
• Bull case: Break above $66K → targets $69K, then $70.5K
• Bear case: Lose $60K → next support at $56.7K
• Hold zone: $59.8K – $61.8K (current accumulation range)

⚡ The macro calendar is about to get busy. Low-vol weekends like this are often followed by Monday/Tuesday volatility.
