Weekend Position Management and Next-Week Strategy Switch | Hunter-Style Intraday Trading | Real Review + Trading Plan | Professional Judgment-Based
Last night, BTC dropped with a wick, and the low didn’t reach my predetermined stop-loss at 61,988. The long position is still being held.
But just because I dodged the stop-loss doesn’t mean I can keep getting greedy.
[Current Position]
This long has been pushed to break-even. Price is now around 63,400—63,500. I will take profit directly and won’t gamble on whether the weekend move will continue.
[Weekend Plan]
For the two weekend days, I will pause opening any new intraday trades. If afterward price retraces to 62,000—62,500 and shows a sell-off stabilization confirmation, I’ll consider adding one more long position with a light size. My stop-loss would be around 61,500, with a target of 64,000—that is, the upper rail of the current descending channel.
No confirmation—no early entry.
[Next-Week Strategy]
On the daily chart, price is still forming a converging wedge. On the 4-hour chart, it’s inside a descending channel. My projection remains: in August, treat it as range-bound first; next week, price may first test upward toward 64,000—64,500, re-attracting long momentum, and then decide whether to move downward.
So starting next week, I will gradually switch strategies:
Going short will become the main direction. Long positions will be reduced to half of the usual size; I’ll only participate on rebounds. If 64,000—64,500 sees a spike-and-fail move, volume expands with a stalled advance, or a small-timeframe structure turns weaker, I will begin setting up trend-following short trades.
Only if price breaks further below 61,500 will it confirm that the downside is accelerating. Then in September, I’ll first watch 54,000, and next 48,000. Along the way, any rebounds will be my continued search for positions to place trend short trades. $BTC #交易员下调2027年中前美联储加息押注
[Invalidation Conditions]
If BTC increases volume and holds steadily above 64,500, and continues reclaiming around 65,150, then the path that lures longs and flips bearish must be delayed—the short plan will be temporarily canceled.
I’m not claiming that September will definitely dump into a waterfall right now; I’m writing the script in advance and waiting for price to provide confirmation.
Lock in profits first over the weekend. The market can wait; positions can’t be gambled with.
