According to a report by Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs Group has agreed to acquire ETF issuer Neos Investments for approximately $2.25 billion. The deal includes performance-related earnout terms, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027, and is still subject to regulatory approval. Neos manages about $30 billion in assets and has several yield-generating (covered call) ETFs linked to Bitcoin and Ethereum. This move shows that traditional institutions are continuing to expand their product lines involving crypto assets; the institutionalization and compliance of the crypto ETF ecosystem may improve and potentially provide a more stable long-term capital channel for related assets. $BTC $ETH
