$SOL is now 75.3, and you’ve just crawled back up to the edge of this week’s low. The script really hasn’t changed at all.
Outside talk is still extremely bullish. The whole “bank approval, companies hoarding coins, the ETF setup” story—sentiment scores have jumped to over 8, and everyone shouting “breakout” is louder than the last. But if you watch the price closely: that top at 77.88 has been grinding for a whole week. Now it can’t even hold 75, and on the four-hour timeframe it’s still flipping back down.
Money tells the truth. Spot has seen net outflows of over one million coins in the last three hours. Across twelve candlesticks, not a single one is positive. The order book bids are also thin—there’s no way to get even 30% through passive buying. With “good news” stacked like this and still no inflow—when no one comes in, it’s because no one’s there to take it. Nobody’s taking it.
Futures side is even more awkward. In large traders’ accounts, more than 70% is posted on the sell side with leverage. Borrowing and leverage were multiplied several times in an afternoon, and the longs are all committed on one side. When price doesn’t move, the more crowded the positions, the bigger the swings when the reversal starts.
At this level, I won’t chase. I’ll wait for that capital-led candlestick to flip red-to-green. I’ll wait for that opening near the weekly low to hold first. If you trust them, your money will be gone.
