Gold futures rose during the United States cycle on Friday.
According to the COMEX classification for the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold futures were traded in December at USD4,431.76 per ounce at the time of writing the news, up 0.26%.

They had previously been traded earlier in a higher session at USD4,454.65 per ounce. Gold may find support at USD4,365.80 and resistance at USD4,509.10.

The U.S. Dollar Index contracts, which measure the performance of the U.S. currency against a basket of six other major currencies, fell by 0.29% to trade at USD99.56.

Meanwhile, on COMEX, the price of September silver rose by 0.16% to be traded at USD64.89 per ounce, while the price of September copper rose by 0.11% to be traded at USD6.60 per pound.
