#AnthropicIPOMeetingsSkipFinancialsValuation

August/2026
Current situation
Anthropic synthetic perpetual futures contract (Claude). Recent price: US$ 1.450–1.610. With 1 billion reference shares, the implied valuation comes out to about US$ 1,45–1,60 trillion. Investors (FT) project an IPO in October/2026 at ~US$ 2 trillion (or more), with annualized revenue already above US$ 47 bi in May and an expectation of US$ 100–120 bi by year-end → theoretical gap of 25–30%. The company has not yet set an official target. Leverage up to 20x, limited funding, and mark price with volatility restrictions.
How to trade (expert view)
Prioritize an event-driven approach: react to Claude model releases, partnerships (AWS, Google, etc.), revenue data, and IPO rumors. Avoid classic TA on short timeframes (too much noise); use 4h+.
Rigorous risk management: isolated margin, low leverage (5–10x), tight stop (IPO gap can be 20–25%+), small position size, and constant monitoring of funding/mark price.
Scenarios: Bull if revenue and the IPO move forward; Bear if there’s regulatory delay, competition, or a correction in the AI sector.
“Meme” tokens “Anthropic/ANTH” on DEX are high risk (unbacked) → avoid or treat as pure degen.
Trade the ANTHROPICUSDT futures on Binance; PreStocks via Wallet/DEX is a different product and riskier.
Disclaimer
An extremely high-risk instrument (synthetic, no share delivery, private valuation). Not a recommendation. Do your own research (DYOR) and trade only with capital you can afford to lose.
