I’ve been looking into @Dusk_Foundation for the past few days, and honestly, DuskEVM is the part that caught my attention the most.
What I find interesting is that $DUSK isn’t treating privacy and compliance like they have to be opposites. DuskEVM gives developers a familiar EVM and Solidity environment, while Hedger is designed to support confidential workflows using homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proofs.
That could be really useful for regulated finance.
Not every piece of financial information should be public, but institutions still need a way to prove certain things when required. The idea of keeping sensitive data private while allowing authorized disclosure makes a lot of sense to me.
I’m also keeping an eye on Dusk Trade and how tokenized funds, bonds and other real-world assets could eventually work on this infrastructure.
The question I keep coming back to is:
Can blockchain make regulated financial markets more programmable without forcing institutions to give up privacy or compliance?
That’s what I’ll be watching as DuskEVM moves toward mainnet.
