Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode, HTX (Huobi Global SA), EXMO Ltd, and others will be restricted starting August 23. Binance said that transactions related to the restrictions may be temporarily held after the restrictions take effect and will be subject to compliance review.
