Genova records a 48% increase in real-estate management income for the second quarter
Swedish real-estate management company Genova reported a 48% year-on-year increase in real-estate management income during the second quarter, reaching SEK 43 million.
The company also announced rental income of SEK 138 million for the quarter, up 6% compared with the same period last year.
