Researcher Justin Drake with the #以太坊基金会 announced that the Ethereum Foundation will abandon the use of the Poseidon hash algorithm and instead use the SHA or BLAKE hash algorithm.
He said this move is an important milestone in enhancing Ethereum’s post-quantum security.
