Recent research @Dusk found that its positioning is quite unique. Most public blockchains are either fully transparent or completely anonymous—both extremes don’t fit real financial scenarios. Institutions and enterprises need to protect transaction privacy, while also meeting regulatory review and scrutiny. This contradiction has always been difficult to resolve.

Dusk takes a middle path with zero-knowledge proof technology: transaction details can be completely hidden from the outside world, while the entire process can still be proven to regulators as legitimate and compliant—"keep it confidential when it should be, and ensure compliance when it needs to be." This approach is especially well-suited for financial use cases such as security tokenization and compliance-oriented DeFi. It feels like an underestimated direction, and I’ll keep paying attention. #Duck
