📉🔥 The Fed trade has just flipped
In July, PPI was 0.0% month-on-month, and the year-on-year figure cooled directly from 5.5% to 4.7%. The moment that number came out, I knew tonight would be different.
Rate-hike expectations are moving down, inflation pressure is moving down— the macro backdrop for $BTC is switching.
On Wall Street tonight, pushing the S&P to a new all-time high isn’t blind optimism—behind it is real repricing. The market is betting the Fed won’t need to keep pressing the brakes. And whenever expectations shift like this, capital always looks for an exit—bonds are often not the first stop.
My view: in the short term, $BTC has logic to follow up higher, but don’t rush to chase. The 63500–63550 range is the current line between bulls and bears; only holding firm here is worth following. If it breaks down, I’ll wait for 63150 before looking again.
