This one isn’t simple.

$EDEN suddenly surged up 65% out of nowhere, and the trading volume hit 15 million USD. That kind of volume can’t be “weak” — I took a look and didn’t see any legitimate good news. Instead, the trading pattern looks a bit like the market-maker is putting on a show: consolidating sideways and accumulating at low levels, then suddenly shooting up with a single wick followed by sustained volume. This kind of move is probably someone trying to offload.

And $PHB and NFP—one is down 70%, the other down 66%. This isn’t a normal pullback anymore; it’s like getting cut in half, then cut in half again. PHB is basically one cent, and NFP is even more ridiculous at just 0.0018 USD. This kind of meme coin, or small-cap coin, has no liquidity protection. When it dumps, it falls like freefall.

So what does this kind of isolated move mean? BTC is still rock-solid and only down 0.25%, and the funding rate hasn’t gone off the charts. That suggests the bigger environment is fine—this is just a few coins “acting up.” Either the team is dumping, or the long/short derivatives battle is getting hunted.

Chasing EDEN? Bro, get a grip. If you buy in after a 65% pump, you’re basically paying the market-maker.

Catching PHB’s falling knife? No zuo no die—this drop still has a bottom, and below the floor price there’s another hell-price.

For me, this kind of extreme volatility is popcorn time. My position is still sitting flat on BTC. Even if the small coins swing wildly, I’m not going to be jealous.

Do you think this wave is the project team running away, or the market “detoxing”? 🤔
