Entravel Group completes a $7.5 million funding round, with participation from GSR Ventures, Varrock Ventures, G1 Ventures, and others.
As a Danish B2B travel infrastructure provider, Entravel offers a white-label AI travel technology stack for crypto platforms and fintech companies. It covers the setup of hotel booking systems and builds a travel payments and settlement layer powered by stablecoins.
While traditional OTA giants tightly control distribution channels, the real, long-ignored needs of crypto-native users for “on-chain payments + travel spending” have often been overlooked. Entravel chose to enter from the B2B infrastructure side—turning hotel inventory, order flow, and payments into plug-and-play modules—so that wallets, exchanges, card networks, and others can quickly embed travel use cases, avoiding direct competition with Booking and Expedia.
More noteworthy is the stablecoin settlement layer. In cross-border hotel bookings, traditional credit card rails come with high processing fees, slow settlement, and significant FX losses. Stablecoin clearing is naturally suited to 24/7 real-time settlement, and it can also organically absorb the crypto assets held by platform users—forming a “hold-to-spend” closed loop.
From a market perspective, demand for AI travel agents is still rising, but most projects remain stuck at the To C stage of search and price comparison. There are relatively few players that can truly execute end-to-end supply chains and fund flows. By combining B2B with stablecoins, Entravel is essentially filling a key missing piece for “on-chain commerce.”
