@Dusk To be honest, when I was recently sorting out RWA track solutions, I found that Dusk has taken a different route from many public chains. Instead of making an all-or-nothing tradeoff between privacy and compliance, it balances the two sides’ demands through selective disclosure. What’s interesting is that the design philosophy of this mechanism is closely aligned with the real pain points of traditional finance. Most public chains either make transactions fully public, or lean toward anonymity. It’s difficult to satisfy, at the same time, investors’ privacy, business verification, and regulatory scrutiny.

I can see that its product roadmap aims to lower the development threshold as much as possible. By relying on DuskEVM compatibility with Solidity, developers don’t need to completely replace their technology stack to deploy contracts. The Hedger module is specifically responsible for privacy protection of financial transactions. It won’t automatically expose all transaction data to the entire network. The selective disclosure approach is more clever: when users need to verify qualifications, region, and similar information, it only outputs compliance conclusions—without fully disclosing underlying private data.

Of course, I’m also keeping an objective perspective. DuskEVM is still in the testnet stage, and the ecosystem overall is in an early phase. No matter how well the concepts are articulated or how sound the paper logic is, the real hurdles have never been purely cryptography theory. The key challenge is long-term stability in real business scenarios. I think its growth potential won’t hinge on just the elegant technical buzzwords, but on whether this privacy-and-compliance framework can stand up to the pressure of real financial transactions.$DUSK

Here I also have questions: after the mainnet goes live, will institutions and RWA projects actually be willing to migrate over? Will selective disclosure create additional trust assumptions during audits and regulatory coordination? In the short term, I won’t draw conclusions based solely on the narrative. Continuously tracking real deployment cases and on-chain activity is what matters more. What do you think about this RWA approach that coexists with privacy and compliance?
