$ETC — tbh, I keep coming back to how it is still tilted toward sellers as the price action stays trapped in a tight range, even though the short-term momentum is balanced. Right now, chasing direction is unattractive until the price commits. A solid bearish close below the bottom of this range would be what makes the short bias usable.
