8.13 Morning Analysis of Big Pie and Auntie
In the short term, the MA moving averages have already turned downward and formed downward pressure. The moving averages above are an important resistance zone, and any rebound will face selling pressure from the moving averages. After the price pulls back and moves away from the short-term moving averages, it finds stabilization and stops falling at a low level. Then the candlesticks begin to form small bullish candles repeatedly, testing the area, which indicates there is buy-side support holding the downside.
During the earlier sharp drop, the KDJ entered the oversold region. The J value is low and has become dull, meaning the bearish momentum has been excessively consumed, and a bottom divergence repair signal has appeared.
Currently, KDJ has turned upward from the oversold area. There are signs of a low-level golden cross between K and D, and the rebound and recovery momentum on the four-hour timeframe is being built up.
Trading suggestions:
Big Pie: If around 63,500–63,000, place a buy order and aim for 65,000.
Auntie: If around 1,870, place a buy order and aim for 1,920.
